Due to numerous no shows, we require a Visa Card or MasterCard credit card number to secure your appointment. To reduce credit card fraud, we will request your credit card information only over a secured telephone line at the time of booking your appointment. If we do not receive 24 hours notice of a cancellation you will be charged fully for the missed appointment. Due to our popularity, every appointment is valuable and we need adequate notice to fill your spot.

Clients on packages that do not give a 24 hour notice to cancel appointment will forfeit their appointment.

Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time in order to fill-out appropriate paperwork.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension and may need to reschedule if another client’s appointment will be impacted. If rescheduling is required client will be charged the full amount of the session.

Out of consideration for Body Bliss guest, please turn your cell phones off or to vibrate and mute all pagers.

We offer wellness services for adults. Please do not bring your children unless they are receiving services.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Payment is due at time service is rendered.

As a guest of the Body Bliss you are expected to:

• Arrive on time or early for your appointment, to enjoy the facility.
• Allow the therapist to perform a service as reserved and timed.
• Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.
• Relax that's generally why you are in the rejuvenation center.
• Enjoy, benefit and allow others to "do for you".
• Know that you are in a professional spa therapy operations and do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.
• Know that you may be silent or quietly talkative.
• Share public space respectfully with other spa goers.
• Do not bring children and leave them unattended, this is very disruptive to other spa goers and unsafe for children.
• Know if gratuities are included or not and be prepared according to your experience and desire to tip or not.
• Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client; so know that you must vacate treatment room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.

Give honest feedback to the therapist, owner, receptionist, etc., as operation personnel cares to know if your experience was as expected.
